Delayed Periods. Dizziness, No Appetite. Ultrasound Showed Clot. Possible Pregnancy?

dr . my wife last period awas on october 4 th and after that i went to dubai and no contac ts at all. after two weeks she have dizziness problem , not feeling to have food sometimes , some curry smell dont like and she consult a doctor and told her to do ultasound scanning. after that they told her that they can seea clot inside . may be that is for the next period . and till now period not yet happened. still dizziness is there . need to know whether she i pregnant

The scan report that you mention does not have much details to go upon.
Pregnancy can be excluded / confirmed by a simple pregnancy test.
So please go for that at the earliest to know if you are pregnant.
The symptoms that you mention are not specific for a pregnancy, hence it is not possible to diagnose a pregnancy just going by those symptoms.
Please take a test to confirm.
The blood clot could indicate a pregnancy, or endometrial hyperplasia.

YES YOUR WIFE COULD BE PREGNANT.PLEASE ASK HER TO DO THE PREGNANCY TEST FIRST OF ALL .AND U SHOULD DO AN ULTRASOUND AGAIN.SHE COULD BE HAVING AN ECTOPIC PREGNANCY.
