Hi,

1. Well, your ultrasound is suggestive of ovarian cyst which is causing a delay in periods.
2. The medicine which you had is for regulation of periods only, but you need not worry as you will get your periods in further 2-3 days. as the usual time for getting periods after stopping the medicine id 7-10 days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshita, Infectious Diseases Specialist
