Could This Be A Heart Attack ?
Ok i have been having some chest pains for like maybe 4 days... it all started when i burped and then my chest started hurting... then it went away... now my right arm hurts and i dont kno why... could it be a heart attack? o yea sometimes i feel like im gonna throw up also...... plz help me!!!! or could it be dehydration because i dont drink that much water... i never have indegestion tho...

to me it sounds like heartburn or acid reflux.
usually if it is a heart attack it will be your left arm that has shooting pains anyways.
