Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. You cannot feel any symptoms of pregnancy immediately after conception. The infection has probably caused the weird feeling. It is also natural to have some amount of menstrual irregularity due to infections, whether systemic or localized to the pelvis. So, even if you have a missed period, chances of pregnancy are halved. In the current scenario, the only way to come to a conclusion is to get a blood test for pregnancy if you are about to see your period coupled with a trans-vaginal sonogram. Hope this helps.
