Could The Pimple On The Vulva Are Be Due To Chaffing?

hi, I am having a problem - for the past 2 and a half weeks I've had really bad chaffing around my groin area and inner thighs. they've almost all turned into scabs now, but I've just now noticed that I have what looks like a pimple and a little bump on my vulva area. I'm really worried that it is herpes. could it just be from chaffing?

Hi,

The pimple like lesion on vulva you have may be folliculitis. It is a bacterial infection caused by staphylococci. It may result from surrounding infection and poor immunity. Take a course of antibiotics with antiinflammatory drugs. Improve immunity by immunoboosters. Have good sleep. Take nutritious food. Avoid stress and anxiety. Take a Sitz bath in dettol containing water. You might be improved. However you consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
