Could The Dizziness Be Due To Dehydration?

I am a gastric bypass (MGB) patient 14 years out. I have been suffering with dizziness for the last 24 hours. Not the spin kind but the kind where you feel you are walking on a deck of a ship. My BP and blood sugar are normal. Could it be dehydration? I drink lots of water but.....

Not likely dehydration but it could be an inner ear problem called labyrinthitis which usually resolves in a day or so.

But you should have a doctor check you out.
