Could Nausea And Period Like Cramps Be Due To Micronor Pills?

Hello.. A few weeks ago I felt nauseous after eating, then I started having period like cramps that haven't gone away but no bleeding, I'm currently breastfeeding and lately my nipples have been more sensitive then usual, I'm on the micronor birth control pill, could these be side effects?
