Could Missed Periods Even After Taking Duphaston, Breast Pain And Minor Pelvic Pain Be Due To Pregnancy?

Hi! I'm 27 yo having an irregular period because of polycsytic ovarian syndrome. My ob advice me to take duphastone for about 2x in 5 days to regulate my period. Its been 16 days after taking duphastone but until now I didn't get any period yet. But I am experiencing some breast pain and minor pelvic pain as if I am having a period already. Is there any chance that I am pregnant because we are trying to conceive two months back. If not how long it will take for me to get a period. Thanks

Yes, there is a high chance that you could be pregnant. Do pregnancy test now. After taking Duphaston for 5 days, you should have period within 10 days. If you have given me correct information, there should be nothing else than pregnancy.
