Hello,
Every contraceptive has its own failure rate and copper T is no exception. It also has failure rate and cause pregnancy. You can do a urine pregnancy test after1 week of missing your periods, and if it is negative consult a gynecologist. Your doctor would do a serum hcg test/ultrasound uterus to confirm/rule out pregnancy.

If pregnancy is confirmed then CopperT has to be taken out.
Hope it helps you. Regards.
