Continuously Feeling Thirsty And Tired, Urgent Need To Have Meal And Urinating Frequently. How To Cure?

Hi, I seem to be continually thirsty and feel tired. I also find an urgent need to eat even although I recently had a meal. When I eat and drink something the weakness and tiredness goes away. I also need to urinate frequently and had a urinary tract infection about 2 months ago but this is now cleared. I am 71 ,5 foot 3 inches and weigh 115 lbs.

1. with the history you have provided I would sincerely ask for a Consultation with your Physician since these symptoms points either towards
i. deranged blood sugar [thirst-increased appetite, frequent urination, easy fatigue] or
ii. altered thyroid function [ increased appetite, tiredness] or
iii. with some electrolyte abnormality like high calcium in blood [excessive urination, tiredness, thirst]

PS. Treatment and prognosis will depend on the diagnosis.
