Constant Fever Since Weeks, Starts In The Evenings, Test Results Normal, On Monocef. Worrisome?

Hi,My cousin is having fever from last three weeks.He is still having fever.Fever starts in the evening and is there in night as well.Mornings have no fever.All tests are done.and the reports are normal.he is hospitalized and is given treatment of monocef.Doctors say it is typhoid .although the blood test was absolutely fine.i m very concerned.Is this normal?

Take Tab. Pyrigesic only when fever if sll blood test are normal.
Sometime medicine fever also.
