Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
i had an mri because of severe lower back pain. MRI says one part that concerns me and my orthopedic dr. referred me to hemotologist. The marrow signal is slightly mottled, as could be seen with reconversion in the setting of anemia or early infiltrative processes. Clinical correlation is suggested. Also had one month ago lab work done that showed WBC- 3.9/ RBC 3.87; Neutrophils 34/; Lymphocytes 55; Basophil 3; absolute neutrophil count 1.3. Then repeated 2 weeks later and was told the results were normal. Thank you
