Child Fell From Bed. No Pain In Spine, No Tenderness. What To Worry About?

My 3 weeks old baby fell from the bed.I don't know which part of her body first hit the ground.she wasn't crying when I saw her. I touched around her skull their was no tenderness. Her spine is not painful either and she still moves her legs...what else should I be worried about and is their a chance of brain damage. Thanx...I feel terrible.plz help me.I can't take her to the hospital until morning cos I don't have a means of transportation

3 weeks old infant fell from bed height of bed may be 1"above ground.
Usually when infant fell from this height her first part which touch the ground is back or chest or gluteal region.
As you have checked the baby and there is no any injury , so this is not a cause of concern.
Spine injury is very serious and in this case there is no chance of spine injury or fracture.
