Chest Pain, Pulling Vein Sensation, Bloating. Have Peptic Ulcer, Severe Gastric Problem. Done ECG, Normal. Help?

sir, i have a mild chest pain on the left side(feel like vein pulling, only 5-10 seconds) and last week i have taken ECG and Troponin and blood circulation chest. Everything is normal and one doctor said everything is Ok and the Other Doctor said ECG is normal but you have to go for a Tread mill Test. 5 Years Back i have taken Echo Scan and Tread Mill test and at that time it was Normal. I have Peptic ulcer and Civiour Gastric problem like Stomach Bloating. Pls advice

hi
you must go for lifestyle modifications like avoiding too much of caffeins, spices. must take fixed meals, elevate head end of your bed while sleeping, avoid medicines like NSAID, steroids.

you will be benefitted by a course of 1-2 wks of proton pump inhibitors like rabeprazole 20 mg once a day before breakfast in the morning
