Can Working Out Affect Anxiety Disorder?

Hi, I have been working out for about 1 hour a day for a long period of time. I have been sweating a lot, I always sweat excessively. I haven't really paid attention to electrolytes or other minerals, but have been drinking lots of water. I have been feeling light-headed and disoriented as of lately. I also have an anxiety disorder. Is it possible it's getting worse, making me feel dizzy or is it caused by some insufficiency of minerals?

Excess of sweating necessitates increased intake of salt (sodium) whose depletion is very likely when you have profuse sweating without adequate intake of sodium through the diet. Try to include some extra salt in the diet by having salted buttermilk, lemon water/coconut water with a pinch of salt, sprinkle some salt over food or have salted broths and soups to replenish lost minerals. Keep yourself well-hydrated before and after exercise.Hope this will help to solve your problem.
