Can Tea Be Consumed Instead Of Milk In Case Of Alopecia?

i have recently noticed that m suffering from alopecia areata ...
it is at a minor stage... but i feel depressed when i think that i will lose my hair if not taken proper care...
i have been asked to take proper diet,proteins , vitamins, milk n milk products...

but the problem is i dont like having milk, can i have mild tea or coffee? instead of milk?

Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of hair fall which is mainly due to hormonal changes, age factor and could be due to fungal infection. You should not take excess of coffee/tea. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe medicine like finpecia , minoxidil serum , vitamin supplement like omega 3 fatty acid. Take diet rich in Vitamin A, E and folic acid
