Can Stomach Pain And Sore Breast Be Symptoms Of Pregnancy While Having Endometriosis?

not sure what is going on with me.
not sure what is going on with me i think i may be pregnant. i have been having really sore breasts, my cervix is still high up in my body and i'm supposed to go on my period in 5 days, i also have had pains that are on the sides of my stomach and my uper part of my stomach close to or by my ribs in the middle of them. i dont normaly have these problems even though i have endometriosis.

Your symptoms are not specific for pregnancy; they can also occur during the premenstrual period and the pains can be totally unrelated. Please wait for your next period and go for a home pregnancy test with a fresh early morning sample of urine 3-7 days later if you miss the period; if you wish for a confirmation now, you can go for the estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres.
