Neurologist 's  Response
Dear
i am sorry for the symptoms your mother is sufferin
In my opinion physiotherapy will help her a lot but not alone
You should consult with her neurologist and treat her with a combination of medicines like,
aspirin and clopidogrel to prevent stroke
anti hypertensive if she is suffering from high blood pressure
and piracetam or memantine or donepezil for memory
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
