Hello,

Memory loss is not related to the cervical issue. It is a cognitive function performed by the brain, not related to cervical cord or its exiting roots. Whatever symptoms the cervical issue causes they are manifested from that level downward, not affecting the functioning of the brain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olsi Taka, Neurologist
