Hi there,

Thanks for writing in...

Either you could be having side effects with glyburide...or it be an isolated incident of gastritis and stomach ulcers.

Ideally if the vomiting was due to gastritis, the pantoprazole you are taking should have helped to control it.

Try the following measures....
1. Eat smaller frequent meals. Instead of 3 large meals a day, have smaller quantity, frequent meals..
2.Avoid oily, spicy, fatty food.
3.Avoid excessive intake of tea, coffee, carbonated beverages.
4.Avoid smoking and alcohol.
5.Regular exercise for 30 minutes a day 5 days a week.
6. Pantoloc as prescribed by your doctor.

In spite of the above measures, if symptoms persist do consult your physician/gastroenterologist for better evaluation of your symptoms.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan
