Can Missed Depo And Unprotected Sex Lead To Pregnancy?

Ive been on depo for 3 years total. I stopped takin it in 2011 for 4 months got pregnant had an abortion and got bak on depo i missed my appointment on the 8th and had unprotected sex last night and i feel so nausea and sick. I hav a 4year old son already am i prego?

Pregnancy can happen as you are off the Depo at the time of intercourse. You can go for a urine pregnancy test to confirm whether you are pregnant or not. If the test comes as positive, medical abortion will be the only option left and you can consult a gynecologist and she will guide you accordingly.
