Hello,

This would not be a common side effect of Lisinopril. Changes in the smell of your urine can occur due to many factors such as dehydration, but by itself isn't anything to worry about. Smells from breathing can be due to issues with dental hygiene, possibly acid reflux. If these issues are a major concern for you, I would suggest seeing a doctor in person, who can examine you and determine if there is an obvious cause for these.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Aaron Branch, General & Family Physician
