Hello,
1) Presence of stone after removal of gall bladder indicate, stone in bile duct and this require ERCP to remove it (Considering overall status of patient)
2) Bile dust stone, if not removed may grow and block passage of bile from liver. This bile enter into intestine and is essential for digestion of food. Not feeling hungry/indigestion may be due to this.
3) To confirm any effect of bile duct stone on liver MRI of liver with MRCP is also suggested
