Can Flu Cause Exhaustion, Chills, Fever For 4 Days Without Any Coughing Or Is It Something Else?
I thought I came down with the flu last Wednesday because I felt exhausted, had the chills and a fever. But I am still getting the fever every afternoon, four days later, but I have had no other symptoms than the fever every afternoon and evening and weakness. Could this be flu? I'm just suspicious because I'm not coughing or anything.

I have gone through your query, as you have mentioned that you have fever history sine 4 days now you are feeling fever in noon time , it can be viral fever also dont worry much , you can take medications
One Tablet Amoxicillin 250 mg three times a day , One Tablet Paracetamol 500mg three times a day One Capsule vitamin B complex once daily for 5 days if then you wont get relief then go for blood test Complete haemogram and consult physician .
