Hallow Dear,

In fact the first cardinal symptom of pregnancy is missing a period. However, you are on Duphaston which is a progesterone preparation. Hence so long as you are taking Duphaston, the menses will not appear even if you are not pregnant. Thus, you can not rely on 'Missed Period'.

The sizes of the follicles at the time of rupture were good enough for conception and continuation of pregnancy. So let us hope you are pregnant. You will have to confirm the pregnancy.

Urine pregnancy test is reliably accurate about 8-10 days after missed period. Now since, missed period can be due to medicine, you cannot decide about when to do the urine pregnancy test. After 20 days of ovulation, if you are going to omit Duphaston, then you will get your menses 4-7 days after discontinuing the medicine if you are not pregnant. If you do not get menses, you are likely to be pregnant.

However, if you are keen in knowing about the status of your pregnancy before that, you have a good option of going for Beta hCG test which is reliable even few days before missing a period. If it reveals that you are pregnant, then you may not discontinue Duphaston since it helps to stabilize the pregnancy.

All the symptoms you are describing can appear due to pregnancy, but not so early. These symptoms, if due to pregnancy, will appear about 10 days after missed period or say, about 25 days after ovulation. Currently I would attribute all these symptoms to Progesterone (Duphaston).

I hope this guides you to solve your dilemma.
