Can Consuming Seroquel, Tegretol And Cipralex Together For Anxiety Be Causing Ringing In Ears?

i use to take 2 years ago seroquel 25 mg and cypralex 10 mg for 4 years and i get fine so my doctor told me to stop them and its been 2 years that im off them but now i changed country for better job and im gettin very dpressed and anxiety and some wave of heat and sweating so i went to a doctor and i dont believe h es a good doctor cause its been 3 month that h es playing with my doses anyway finaly now im taking 200 mg tegretol at night and 10 mg cepralex and my ears and 0.5 mg rivotril afternoon but my ears doesnt stop ringing im tired depressed my question is what can cause the ringing ears tgretol or cypralex and can i switch from tegretol to seroquel because seroquel helped me in the past and how ? by the way im canadian and i moved to dubai and the doctors here are realy different all they think about is makin u comin back every week to get paid

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Seroquel is a good drug for bipolar depression. And especially if you have benefited from it in the past then it should be your drug of choice. There is no sense in starting carbamazepine for depression.
You may also consider starting cognitive behavioural therapy. This will try to alter your thoughts and try to change the way to you think.
