Hi i have done my transabdominal scan, the result says: hypoechoic mass measuring 4.0*3.7 cms is seen arising from the anterior wall and left lateral wall of the uterus. Impressions noted: 1) Fibroid of the uterus 2) Bilateral Poly cystic ovaries. I am 23 year old, unmarried, my weight is 68 Kgs and height is 5.2 inch.

Fibroid are commonly seen in many women, not to worry, many fibroid are not going to affect your fertility. Only few types of fibroid, depending on position may affect, in anterior wall are usually not harmful. Only symptomatic fibroid needs treatment.
Over weight is commonly seen in Polycystic ovaries. Not to worry PCOS can be controllable with life style modification and medications. Regular exercise and diet changes are first step of management for this. Use of Metformine medication helps to reduce insulin resistance, usually associated with this, Helps in weight reduction.
Get blood sugar test, lipid profile test done. Consult doctor for further management and prescription of medication.
