Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Get a Pregnancy test first to confirm if pregnant. If not pregnant it could be hormonal disturbance like PCOD. Better to get yourself checked up by the Gynaecologist. Also stress can delay cycles. Eat healthy. Drink plenty of water. Exercise daily. Stay stress free by Yoga, Pranayam, avoid much stress at work. Get 6-8 hours of refreshing sleep daily.
