Hi,
Thanks for your query

Looks like you have developed folliculitis ( pyoderma)over the groin and gluteal region.
Folliculitis (also known as "Hot Tub Rash") is the inflammation of one or more hair follicles.
The condition may occur anywhere on the skin with the exception of the palms of the hands and soles of the feet.
They may appear as red dots firstly and then increase in size to become red , hot, tender pus filled lesions.
Avoid touching it too much.
Avoid using any kind of cold dreams or oils,as it might increase the lesion.
You can start using any topical antibiotic/antiseptic cream( something like mupirocin) over the lesion .
Take some pain killers along for relieving the associated pain and discomfort .

If it persists even after using the cream for 3-4 days, then you need to consult a skin specialist as you might need a course of oral antibiotics.

Now as far as the scars are concerned, I would advice that you use some kind of a lightening agent like kojic acid and vitamin c combination over the scars.
This is a simple, harmless lightening agent which can be used for as long the blackish pigmentation is there.
Also ,try not to touch the area too much .
Take a diet rich in vitamin C and antioxidants like Citrus fruits and lots of salads.

Hope it helps
