What Causes Dark Skin And Bumps At The Back Of Thighs And Inner Thighs?

Hi, I have darkness on the back of my thighs and inner thighs. I also have what appears like razor bumps on the back of my thighs, but I do not shave all the time to were I would have such bumps. Its really embarrassing and I want to reduce the appearance of them. I don t know what else to do other than bleach creams, but why do I have the bumps? I just noticed them about a year ago. Should I exfoliate ?

From your description your skin problem appears to be a condition called keratosis pilaris. My suggestions are as follows :
1)The affected area may be washed once or twice a day with a gentle cleanser such as Dove.
2) You may apply salicylic acid cream 2% twice a day on the affected area. This reduces the appearance of the bumps and helps in removing plugged skin.
Best regards
