I m a 24 year old male (slept with about 6 partners in the last 12 months) and I ve been very scared that I might have genital warts but I m not sure. I ve been with partners in the past but I ve also shaved my pubic region since high school (as well as use razors which are not my own and resort to various types of shaving solution, so if it could be from that idk). I went to get it looked at today and the doctor said my penis looked normal when I showed it to her and asked does my penis look normal? . My new partner (or the doctor) didn t recognize these very tiny pore sized bumps but only I can apparently. Would she have been able to see them? Are these bumps just a normal skin condition and am I just giving it too much thought and attention? There is about 6 aligned on the shaft of my penis (between the head and the base) and a small group near the base. These spots -- which are tiny, whiteish flesh colored, don t hurt or bother me etc -- and don t have hair coming out of them. Could they be sebaceous prominence? Also; can vinegar turn fordyce spots and other skin irregularities white as well as warts?
