Breathlessness and increased heartbeat when going down stairs. Feeling of obstruction in throat. Is it normal?
Sometimes i go down stairs and having a hard time to breathe and my heart beats fast then sometimes im just lying on my bed and suddenly having a hard time to breathe but it rarely happens . Sometimes i felt like somthing in my throat stuck and having a hard time to breathe and my heart beats goes fast is it normal or theres somethings wrong?

You must consult a cardiologist or medicine doctor to get your lungs and cardiac status checked.
this can be because of heart problem.
Avoid smoking and alcohol if you take.
