Breastfeeding Child, Less Amount Of Breast Milk. Will GTX Capsules And Lactare Powder Help?
Sir, I have 2 month old baby girl and is breastfeeding . For increasing milk supply I am taking GTX capsules and Lactare powder.Whether taking these together will be effective or I will take only one from these two.Sometimes I feel low milk supply but can t understand what to do.Please help.I want to increase my milk supply as it seems she is demanding.

Relax,do not be anxious,anxiety decrease milk production.
Drink plenty of fluids,fruit juices,milk.,nuts
Take nutritious diet rich in proteins ,minerals and vitamins.
Lactogenic supplements should not be taken for longer duration.
While feeding your baby,be relaxed,tension free.
