Bleeding 11wks gone miscarrying?

I'm 11 wks pregnant & I have been bleeding lightly since yday been 2the hospital but cant get an ultrasound till mon morn have slight cramping aswel could I be miscarrying

Hi.. Light bleeding are common during the first 3 months of pregnancy.. If the bleeding is not heavy and without clots or masses then you can consider waiting.. Do not exert and good rest is recommended.. Continue with good  healthy diet and stop smoking if any..
