Hi, Please let me know the best way to control child birth without using condom, pills , IUD ,s. Or the best pill without side effect. help is Very much appreciated

Pills and IUD are the best and complete safe for preventing pregnancy.
Condom is also widely used but not as safe as pills and IUD.
Other methods are there but not safe.like using safe period,withdrawal method.
Now a days low hormone oral contraceotive pills are the best.
