Hi Doctor, I am AAAAA age 40 years old. Recently I have slightly big nipple and when I press my nipple , it has sort of water like I use to have last time 8 years ago . At that time, I was scared and see a doctor ask to go for blood test for hormone check but the blood test was normal. I have been taking spriulina and women plus contain herbs call pueriria mirifica/grapeseed and collagen but when for mammogram last October. I stop taking women plus when I receive a result ask to go 2nd test for mammogram. I changed back my previous supplement , epo plus omega3 add in to my daily supplement. Also take grapeseed opc alternately, but sometime I experience on off difficulty to sleep and my nipple a little pain when I press it is watery . Doctor, for your info I have 4 children , all are normal pregnancy and my fourth is now 3 years old. Am I having big problem. Usually before taking epo/omega I don't have this nipple only press have watery but only now I have this after continue back my supplement. Please help me, I am puzzled . I also at times experience sleeping problems. Thank you.
