What Are The Treatments For Keloids?

hello doctor...I am 28 yrs old. I have keloid problem.i tried some collagen lytic creams and also tried intra lesional steroids. also I have pcos and hypothyroidism and I am taking adequate treatment for it..plz suggest me proper treatment for keloids

Hello,

Keloids are not harmful but they may be upsetting to you. However, the best treatment is Cryotherapy & Laser therapy. The other possible treatments are wearing silicone sheets or gels, pressure treatment, corticosteroid shots or removal by surgery.
