Back Pain, Swelling In Hands, Feet, Abdominal Bloating, Light Pink Vaginal Discharge. Early Pregnancy Symptoms?

Hi, I finished my period 3 days ago not a normal period; however, i have been having lower back pain (which I thought was associated with my period, but I m still having it), swelling of the hands and feet , abdomen bloating , headaches , naseau, and wiped light pink discharge after intercourse. Can this be a sign of early pregnancy or what.

thank you for your query.
As it was not a normal period, there could be one of many possibilities.
Very rightly it could be an early pregnancy.
It could also be a miscarriage.
It could be an ectopic pregnancy.
Other differentials include stress, anxiety, weight changes, travelling, thyroid disorders, polycystic ovaries, high prolactin levels or taking hormonal medication.
The only way to confirm the diagnosis is by visiting a gynecologist for appropriate evaluation
