Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

You should see a doctor and get yourself examined...
The limited information provided is not sufficient enough to arrive at an appropriate conclusion...You have not stated your personal habits, family history, or co-morbidities, even gender...which could influence the diagnosis and outcome...
Probably you are having oesophagitis / gastritis...Worsening during the day may mean Anxiety...bronchial asthma, Congenital heart disease have to be excluded...
See a doctor – probably a simple problem...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
