Acidity is uncommon to cause headache. Following problem need to be rule out first:
-High blood pressure: As you are already on treatment, so it is better to monitor your BP.
-Anxiety and stress: increases acidity, blood pressure and cause headache.
-Vision problem
-Infection of tooth, nasal sinus and ear
-Loose tooth

So, it is better to get evaluated for above problems.

Prepare an herbal tea made using ginger, pepper corns and basil leaves and store it. Take a pinch when the headache starts.
Apples are very useful in curing all types of headaches. After removing the upper rind and the inner hard portion of a ripe apple, it should be taken with a little salt every morning on an empty stomach in such cases. This should be continued for about a week.
