Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,

You are 19 year old male this is good that you decided to quit smoking. Regarding your problem of sweating in night we need to find out the cause if any.

The possible Physical causes are Thyrotoxicosis(Excess of thyroid hormone),Diabetes,Infection like TB.

Emotional causes,drugs if any,and Obesity.

You need to see a Physician and after examination and investigation once we know the cause it can be treated.
In the mean time stop any supplementation you are taking till work up is complete.

Your metabolism is high or there is thyroid problem or some drug?
You can keep cool in A/C room to keep low temperature.
Hope this helps.

Wish you good health.
Take care
