Hello,
To come to a conclusion as to whether you are pregnant or not, please get a proper clinical assessment, estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres and a trans-vaginal sonogram to know the status of the pelvic organs. If positive, the spotting you had when the period was due could be an implantation bleed, but, the bleeding that happened after two weeks raises concern and needs to be further investigated and hormones given if necessary. If negative, this picture suggests hormone deficiency and need correction. Hope this helps.
