Hi, I am 24 years old and I had a laparascopic surgury to remove an endometriosis cyst from my right ovary. One week after surgury I got my regular period normally. One week later I had a diphereline 3.75ml injection and a few days later I started to have some dark brown bleedings and today(two weeks after injection and a month after surgury) I have bleedings just like period again. I wanted to know whether it is a normal disorder or I should be concerned about it. Thanks.
