Abnormal Bleeding, Heavy Period With Clots When On Pills. Provera Prescribed. Advise?

hi i always had irregular periods since i was 10 yrs old i would get it every two months then i got pregnant i have a 15yr old boy and after i had him i would get my period like 6months or maybe once a yr so i went to see a doctor he gave me birth control pills and it regulated but i stop taking them for like 10 yrs now cause i want to have another baby so i was trying to get pregnant about 1 1/2 yr ago i got pregnant but i lost it so now my periods are so un normal i been bleeding for almost 3 months now i seen a doctor about 2 weeks ago he gave me provera to stop bleeding usually when i see my doctor she gives me 5 provera pills to stop it and it works but now this new doctor gave me ten and on the 5th day it stop but when i finished the pills for ten days it came again so heavy with big clots that every time i use the restroom its urine with pieces of clots what can i do please help me

1. you have not mentioned your present age or any investigations, as in advancing age due to low thyroid level, hormonal fluctuations,undiagnosed vaginal infections (cervical polpys, erosion, malagnancies) and STRESS all results in irregular and heavy bleeding.
2. detailed history is required because the presentation is one sided for any further line of treatment.
