4 Days Late Periods, Frequent Headaches, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps. Negative Test Results. Had Ectopic Last Year. Happening Again?

Hi I've had and ectopic last year with a part of my right tube taken out it took a long time for the home pregnancy test to confirm last time. I tried again during my ovulation time this month but am now 4 days late....I've had frequent headaches, nausea, vomiting, cramps, and a pain in my lower right side and back. I've taken a couple of home pregnancy test and all negative. Could this be happening again?

HELLO,
There are chances of ectopic pregnancy if you have previous history. But we cant say surely with only 4 day late period.I advice you to check the HCG levels in your blood and I also suggest you for a scan as early detection is must in this case.Thank you.
