3 months old baby has a boil or pimple on face

My 3 month old has an infected pimple in between his upperlip & nose on the right side. The surrounding of the head is swollen. What can I do besides going to a doctor? My baby doesn t have insurance aand I don t have the money for self pay. Please help! =( btw, my 3month is a boy & he s not allergic to anything.

you can give a course of antibiotic.
you can clean the pimple with antiseptic solution & apply antibiotic cream.

your baby is not having pimples as it does not appear before puberty.possibly they are milia or rash.if the scalp has rash or fungal lesion then it should be treated first .better to go for a check up by pediatrition.
