Hi,
As the amniotic fluid levels are normal, I would suggest that you get a second opinion from an experienced sonologist and with a very good resolution. If the size of the stomach bubble does not increase even after 45 minutes of sonogram, then, it is considered abnormal. Congenital anomalies should be excluded, though the outcome in about half of the cases may be normal with a second sonogram showing the normal size. Please consult a perinatologist in consultation with your gynecologist. Wish you safe motherhood.
