22 Year Old With Pain In The Chest, Difficulty In Swallowing, Stiff Neck. What Is Wrong?
hi I am a 22 year old male my chest has bin feeling tight lately with pains an its bin hard to swollow...it feel like there s a ball or something stuck at the bottom of my throat ...I have a stiff neck always,I get bad breathe an sometimes a funny taste in my mouth. I also receive head aches an my hearing is uneven....any idea what it could be??

chronic sinusitis causing headache and falling of post nasal drip into chest causing tight chest
get xray pns waters view to get diagnosis and treatment
for this episode take doxycycline 100 mg bd for 5 days to clear infection if any
ad montelucast 10 mg bd to reduce pnd and decrease tightness of chest
bronchodilator syp bd
antacid syp bd
apply neomycin h ointment in nose bd and sea water 2 drops at night each nose to prevent further allergies
mild aalgesic sos for headache
