Question:
what could be my diagnosis? 30 years, 10 years Daylette contraception, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, celiac disease (antibodies undetectable)

February 2020, severe stress triggered my diarrhea 3x in the morning, greasy, oily, light stools- the situation is still going on.

April 2020: I woke up with severe pain in the uterus area, I went to the toilet where there was blood (diarrhea) on the stool. I went to the emergency room where they found nothing special. Bloodwork clear.. severe nausea and pain in the upper abdomen. digital rectal exam clear. nausea was terrible, i did not eat nothing and in one month I lost 6 kg. after a month the situation stopped and I gained the pounds back. I still felt stomach pains, belching, but there was no outbreak to such an extent. Abdominal ultrasound showed a gray stomach and mildly fatty liver, despite normal blood tests (liver). The FIT test was negative in May.

August 2020 again nausea and pain in the stomach, but the case lasted only 7 days.

October 2020 i feel chest pain behind the chest, belching immediately after a meal, pain and nausea in the morning, nausea 2 hours after eating, sharp pain under the right rib- 2x a day lasting less than one minute, pain in the heart area. severe nausea, pain in the stomach area, which is not severe and passes quickly. I still have light and greasy stools from February onwards. Nausea and vomiting starts in the morning before i eat anything. nausea is the worst symptom.

Can this be signet cell carcinoma? Can symptoms come and go? i think my simptoms never really went away but there were times where it was terrible l couldnt even see fod, and times where i functioned pretty normally but with dyspepsia or occasional pain or nausea. lemon water helps many times. I had upper endoscopy 3 years ago to confirm celiac disease. it was clear. how fast does signet cell carcinoma grow? would they pick it up 3 years ago?

Brief Answer:
No its not cancer.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query my dear patient,
Have seen your details and I appreciate your concerns.
Firstly let's talk practical things about signet cell carcinoma.
Even after treatment 1-2years survival rate of patient is less then 30% theoretically and practically hardly more then 10% survives in 3-5 years.
As per the virulence is concerned this cancer is highly virulent and within months patient reaches from initial to final stage.
The endoscopy was done 3 years back so if it was signet cell CA then by this time I don't think that you would be in a state to write this query as have already told you survival rate post treatment.

So no it's not signet cell CA and so calm down your nerves and relax as this is among one of the most notorious and tricky cancer to manage.
Follow ups are welcome.
Regards!

Detailed Answer:
Hello my dear,
See all the tests you are talking about has their own limitations for example as you mentioned the word Dyspepsia so let's talk about Dyspepsia.
Dyspepsia is nothing but an umbrella term which covers patient who have symptoms of acid peptic disorders nausea belching bloating etc with all tests normal. In easy words when test can't find any thing but patient has symptoms doctor use this terms Dyspepsia.
So if your texts are normal how can I tell what's your disease because you don't have any disease at present rather you have symptoms which pertains to your gut.
For a better answer just tell me two things-
1)Your symptoms at present.
2)All the treatment tried till date.
Waiting!

Follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Very likely as all tests like Endoscopy,USG etc are normal it seems like they could be related to anxiety.
Increased levels of anxiety could stimulate autonomous nervous system.
Have you ever tried/prescribed any anti anxiety med?
Was any anti emetic/anti nausea ever given?
Do your stool floats on water or sinks down to base?
Oily secretion covers the feces or is it seen separately floating on water?
Any probiotic tried till date?
Please tell me your food habits like fast food, alcohol, smoking etc or light food with vegetables and fruits?
Waiting!
Please reply.
