Question: Doc says follicle is not ruptured this case 27 days cycle, 3 days period, today CD 19, in left ovary 2 follicles with 26*27mm and 19*19mm and right ovary 21*14mm. Doc says in left ovary follicles are accumulating liquid so she is gonna study the right ovary follicle now. My question can I expect rupture to happen? If it happens what if it is close to next period starting day?

Brief Answer:
Take hCG injection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about ovulation.

Ovulation should have occurred by now. If not you need to get injection hCG 5000 IU for ovulation. No need to wait for ovulation to occur.

If ovulation is delayed close to your periods even there is possibility of delayed periods or cyst formation.

Let me know if you need any more clarification.

Brief Answer:
Ovulation would have happened

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It is possible that the follicle got ruptured.

You can try naturally now. I dont know what is meant by bleeding internally. Please attach an ultrasound scan report showing the bleeding so that I can comment further.

In all possibility, ovulation is likely to have happened. It is best to try again.
